Our client in Beaconsfield, Bucks wanted a classic and timeless look in order to match the character of their home but combined with the modern German efficiency offered by Nobilia’s kitchen furniture so as to complement their home with its ‘country life feel’.

Our designer Ian and the customer worked with each other bouncing ideas and layouts off one another, after a couple of showroom visits and Ian visiting their home to get a feel and to confirm measurements, the customer chose the Nobilia Chalet door in Lacquer honed sand.

The profiled framed doors and framed glass doors are characteristic of the modern cottage style kitchens. Mixed with the cornice profile and light pelmet, this type of kitchen highlights how traditional style elements and modern kitchen design fit together beautifully.

With the worktop they chose Quartz Nuevo Alaska which complemented the honed sand colour of the Chalet door.

A Belfast sink was used for to keep up the traditional theme in the kitchen and Siemens appliances were the preferred choice due to the quality and reliable name.
